The information in this section are tools provided by PC Associates and other planning/construction professionals to assist the project owner in controlling costs, and avoiding time delays while preserving project quality. We also encourage owners with construction knowledge to use it to review work that their A/E s submit. We do NOT give permission for firms (such as CM s, A/E s, etc) to use it to check another design firm's work for profit.
