In all, PC Associates has reviewed 6 or 7 of our projects, and we find their reviews exhaustive in detail, mind numbingly accurate and extremely precise. A typical package of our contract documents would include 800-1,000 sheets of drawings, a full specification manual that would be 700-800 sheets of 8.5×11 paper, and they perform this review in approximately 3 weeks, 4 weeks at the outside. We find that this timing is invaluable to our process.

We find their staff to be extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the work that we perform and they review. Michelle Pettit is one of the most professional and qualified people in the industry. Her experience leads to a specialized and proficient review, which she’s willing to walk you through the results, page by page if you desire. Usually, their reports will produce a document that is anywhere from 1,500 to 2,000 comments and is a vital step in our assembly of our contract package with our GC.
